Aushun insists on adopting the high quality cold-rolled steel plates e.g. SPCC with the thickness between 0.4mm-1.2mm to guarantee the quality and durability of final products. Furthermore, Anshun invest large funds on manufacturing facilities pay more attention to technical development. And after each production procedure finish, QC department will inspect all details.

We owns two modern factories which cover 40,000 m2  in total with current production capacity of about 30,000-50,000 pcs per month. Also, Anshun owns over 60 production facilities including laser cutting and punching machine, CNC bending machine, robot arm welding machine to ensure the precision in each procedure.
